Transformers KO Reflector

Here's one of the best knock offs around, the Reflector knock off, transformations and mold is identical to the original, the only difference is the lack of diecast and colours.

The bad new of this set is the crappy stickers it came with and the joints, pegs and peg holes needs some filing down to fit better but all in all, it's a great representation of the original reflector set.

Highly recommended set if you cant find the original Reflector or just love to have another wierdly coloured version or just a transformer fan, these sets go cheap and found them at the night bazaars with all the other wierd knock offs.

Transformers Universe Unicron TRU exclusive

Gotten this supreme class transformers awhile back from my local Toys'r'us, though Takara released a animation accurate version and the 25th aniversary version, I still prefer the armada head sculpt. The only problems or issues with this version, is the translucent parts which really turns me off. So I decided to repaint mine with some paints I got from model kit shop.

Repainted the chest, groin and head, finished with a gundam marker for the panel lines, now thats much more like G1 Unicron I know.

Updated Coloured Pictures of XTransbot- XP-01 Devastator Upgrade

Yes, this is a sweet upgrade but bare in mind it was mainly made for Encore #20 Devastator, unsure if it will fit Generation 1 or knock offs. Available for preorder at Tfsource now.....Can't wait for it to arrive.....

Contructicons upgrades sets

Hey there once again, yes, it's the holidays and I'm on leave since last friday, relaxing and chilling at home is great but too much of it is just god damn boring, anyways, as most of you should have known, recently, there has been Transformers encore releases of the classic constructicon sets and to keep up with neo-image of our beloved classic characters from the original series, a number of upgrade sets has been coming up with upgrade sets to spice up our old G1 Devastator.

Here's a Generation 1 Devastator in IDW comics, staying true to the original 80s cartoon.

1) Crazy devy Construction brigade power-parts Upgrades

The slightly higher priced sets and sold individually, comes with lightup eyes with slight molding problems on the
thigh attachments.

2) Junkion Blacksmith #07 Power of destruction Encore Upgrade

Also comes with light up eye feature, comes with 2 heads, one G1 accurate, much similar to Crazy devys but cost much less and comes in 1 gift set.

3) CHMS XP-01 Add on kit

Much like Junkion Blacksmiths version with slight retooling on the hips and chest piece, same gimmicks, light up eyes and comes in one giftset. The cheapest of all sets available.

They are all good sets, I've yet to decide which set to take, most likely CHMS version as the quality is quite ok and pricewise the most economical, will definitely post up full review of the set when I get any of them.

Transformers Generations Wave 9

Due to the fact of the overflowing of Transformers Generations deluxe class figures still stuck at our local departamental stores, sad to say, wave 9 figures might not be hitting the friendly shores of Singapore.
Not the first case of toys not arriving here, I remember loads of action figures and Transformers too awhile back, examples, Armada Skywarp, Transformers animated Blackout, Yugioh Jumbo Obelisk the Tormentor, to name a few.... with the unlikelyhood of these figures appearing to any of our local departmental stores, collectors will have to shell-out a limb and hand for them.

Case assortment includes:
1 X Warpath
2 X Wheeljack
1 X Kup
2 X Skyshadow
2 X Junkheap

The ones to take note is the remolds of Wreckgar and Thunderwing or Junkheap and Skyshadow respectively, recoloured with new head sculps All and all, that's kinda like a bad news to me, was kinda looking forward to have another Junkion to add my collection, skyshadow isn't bad too, guess it's ebay time for me again.

Here's my latest haul, not everything here, since I've gotten them way back ago, just to point out, these are some of the items which are on 20% off and clearance at OG department stores.
The Transformers Generations ones are highly recommended as there were restocks of some harder to find figures and what else better, they are 20% of retail price.
Here's whats available:

Yup, it's a real good time to complete your collection, thanks to the sale, but head on quick, popular and short packed figures namely Warpath and Wheeljack are definitely the one to grab. Follow by any of the seekers, the most abundant is War for Cybertron's Bumblebee and Cliffjumper. I picked up a spare warpath, Skullgrin and another Scourge (we can never get enough of the sweeps).

Next up, the Bandai Masked Rider Den-O figures are on Clearance, ranging from 30- 50% off retail.
There were lotsa figures from the line but I strongly suggest getting the Souchaku Henshin figures, the only bad news, there were only 2 Souchaku Henshin on sale, Den-O Gun form and Masked Rider Zeronos Vega Form. Nontheless, they are both really good figures which I picked up as well.
With Diecast armor and unlike the past previous releases, the head swap gimmick has been scrapped but replaced with new improved body much similar to SHfiguarts.

Still awaiting for this sucka to arrive on my doorstep though the wait is killing me, cos pre-order was in August and its suppose to be in early Sept, the good news, I will be receiving a Transformers 2011 club member figure tomorrow.

Yes, I paid quite amount of cash for this recoloured Transformer but I feel that its worth it since it was sold out then. Updating with more pictures soon.

C307 Ginrai & C309 God Bomber

One of my childhood toys, here's another blast from the past and yes, it's another transformer, affectionately known as Powermaster Optimus Prime, the Japanese animation Super God master force was the first to hit me, so I would still prefer the Japanese name, Super Ginrai or Jinrai.


Being reissued in 2002, I still got my hands on a vintage set though the reissue is much more cheaper these days.
The set is not that rare as to say the other rare ones (to me it has to be Liokaiser which I'm still trying to find) but this Prime hit me in the sentimental way, due to fact it was the very first robot my dad got for me. 
Ok sentiments aside, here's the box of both of them.
First up, Ginrai.

And God Bomber

The box has a real retro feel, the bio card, tech specs and the red tech spec reader, makes me feel like Im a kid again....

Next up, opening the toy, here's Optimus Prime which looks much similar to the G1 Prime but the transformation slightly differs. This version still has diecast parts.

Now for the trailer which transforms into a base and also merges with Optimus to form his powerup mode.

And we can't forget Godbomber....the only thing I don't like about him, is he's a parts former, those robots you have to disassemble to transform, the only thing great, is he merges with Ginrai to form God Ginrai.

And of course, the merging of all of them together, Super God Ginrai.

With Junkion Blacksmith's JB-01 Justice leader, which transforms into an Optimus prime head, making him a powermaster and a headmaster!!
